Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: October 8, 2026
Why this policy exists
LogPal AI records and processes conversations, so it carries real responsibility to the people in them. This policy sets the rules for using it.
Recording and consent
Only record conversations where you have the right to. Many places require every participant to agree to a recording. Tell people they are being recorded and get their consent where the law requires it. Do not use LogPal AI to record private conversations you are not part of.
Our notetaker joins online calls visibly. You must not try to hide it or remove its name.
What you must not do
Do not upload or record content that is illegal, that you do not have the rights to, or that is harassing, hateful, threatening or sexually exploitative.
Do not use the service to deceive, defraud or surveil people, or to collect sensitive information about someone without a lawful reason.
Do not attack, probe or overload the service. Do not reverse engineer it, scrape it or try to get around plan limits, including by creating extra accounts to get more free projects or minutes.
Do not upload malware or share your account with other people.
What we may do
If we believe this policy has been broken, we may remove content, suspend or close an account and report serious cases to the authorities. We will usually tell you why.
Reporting a problem
If you see misuse of LogPal AI, or you believe you were recorded without consent, tell us through the contact page.
