Refund Policy

All sales are final

Paid plans are billed immediately and there is no trial period. We do not issue refunds for subscription payments, including for unused time or for plan limits you did not reach.

The Free plan lets you try LogPal AI before you pay, so we encourage you to use it first.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time in your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancelling stops future charges. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and then your account returns to the Free plan.

Payments are handled by the stores

Apple and Google process every payment. If you believe you were charged in error, you can ask the store for a review under its own rules. We cannot change a store's decision.

Your legal rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the law where you live.
