Agreeing to these terms

By creating an account or using LogPal AI, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, our Cookie Policy, our Refund Policy and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What LogPal AI does

LogPal AI records or receives audio from your meetings and voice notes, and uses AI to produce transcripts, summaries, action lists and reports. It can also send an online notetaker into a video call you point it to.

Your account

You must give accurate details and keep your sign in secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

The title of a project cannot be changed after you create it. This is intentional, so please choose it with care.

Plans and billing

LogPal AI has a Free plan and paid plans. Each plan has limits on projects, online meeting minutes and offline transcription minutes. The current plans, prices and limits are shown on our pricing page and in the app, and they can change over time.

Paid plans are bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are billed immediately. There is no trial period. Subscriptions renew until you cancel in your store account settings. Our Refund Policy explains what happens when you cancel.

Your content and your responsibility

You keep ownership of what you record and upload. You give us permission to process it so we can provide the service to you.

You are responsible for deciding what to record and for getting consent from the people you record, including meeting participants, wherever the law requires it. You agree to cover us against claims that arise from your recording decisions.

AI output can be wrong

Transcripts, summaries and action lists are generated by AI and may contain mistakes, especially with accents, mixed languages and poor audio. Check anything important before you rely on it. LogPal AI is not legal, medical or financial advice.

Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or end an account that breaks it or puts the service or other people at risk.

Third party services

LogPal AI relies on other providers, including Apple, Google, OpenAI, Recall.ai and others named in our Privacy Policy. Their availability is outside our control, and your use of Google Calendar is also subject to Google's terms.

Ending your use

You can stop using LogPal AI at any time and ask us to delete your account through the contact page. We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms or the law.

Liability

We provide LogPal AI as it is, without promises that it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Lagos, Nigeria. We may update them, and we will update the date above and tell you in the app or by email when a change matters. Questions can be sent through the contact page.
